The evidence grammar release

Clarified what MARK measures, how evidence accumulates, and what the K in MARK names.

• Renamed the K skill from Ken to Know-how.
• Named the 12 capabilities judgment moves.
• Formalized Your Work, Trace, Pattern, Hallmark, and Edge.
• Separated capability level from evidence status: Self-reported, Observed, Repeated, Verified.
• Made Unproven structurally distinct from Developing.

Unchanged: all 12 judgment moves, their skill groupings, the four levels, and all 48 behavioral anchors. A v3.1 level and v3.2 level remain behaviorally comparable.

The public anchor release

Established the published 4-skill, 12-move, 4-level spine and the 48 panel-authored behavioral anchors. Results stamped v3.1 retain the K label “Ken” and remain readable against that archived taxonomy.

Earlier internal MARK drafts informed the published standard but were not stable citation versions. They should not be used to reinterpret a v3.1 or v3.2 result.
